LITK Service Outage

We would like to appologize for a recent service outage faced on Chirstmas eve, and part of Christmas Morning (Dec, 24th, and 25th.)

Our Hosting provider had a complete extended power outage due to weather which lasted longer than their backup systems could handle in their Vancouver Data Center which knocked out their DNS and Communications rendering our site unreachabe for about 8-10 hours.

We would like to extend our applogies to all visitors and clients for the outage, and for any inconvienece.
